Ticket Purchase and Refund Policy
By purchasing a ticket through this website you are agreeing to the terms and policies stated here. These terms and policies are subject to change without notice.
You may print your online reciept or the email you receive after purchasing your tickets. A copy of your purchase is logged with the Indy Acoustic Cafe Series ("The Company"). You may present your receipt at the door or a valid government ID bearing the name of the purchaser to redeem your tickets.
All show dates and times are subject to change.
All purchases are final. There shall be no refunds for unused tickets. In the event the concert you have purchased tickets for is cancelled you purchase price may be refunded to you at the discression of The Company.

AS THE BUYER, BY PURCHASING TICKETS:
- You certify to The Company that you are at least 21 years of age,
- That any individual using any ticket you purchase shall be at least 21 years of age,
- You acknowledge that The Company (including it's agents, employees and subcontractors) is a service provider that may allow people to interact online and The Company does not provide warranties for the Service or nor does The Company assumes any liability and all purchases are conducted at your own risk.
- We can no longer hold tickets that have not been purchased at the door.
- Online sales for a show will end at midnight before the show. Any tickets purchased the day of the show must be purchased at the door at "Day of Show" prices.
